Caravan Water System Sterilisation
Cleaning out the water system in a caravan is essential for clean and pure water. Caravan water system sterilisation is not just a case of flushing through with fresh water however and some ‘sterilisation’ products are not advisable to use as they can be corrosive to metal parts.
At Telford Caravan Services we use Puriclean solution to purify and cleans the water system. Our method flushes the whole system as well as the waste pipes and waste water containers.
A BREIF OVERVIEW THE WATER SYSTEM STERILISATION
AQUA ROLL
Including: Puriclean added to a full aqua roll + more
ONBOARD WATER PIPES, TANKS AND TAPS
Including: Puriclean water pulled through from aqua roll into all pipes, tanks and taps, aqua roll refilled and re-dosed with Puriclean and allowed to sit for a number of hours + more
WATE PIPES
Including: As the Puriclean solution is flushed through the waste pipes are also cleaned, your waste water containers will be connected up and will also benefit from the solution soak + more
FLUSH
Including: The water system will be run to allow at least two aqua rolls worth of water to flush through the system + more
WHAT YOU WILL GET
Your report
This procedure doesn’t actually produce a report, however we do follow a tick sheet procedure so we know that all we have completed the whole process. You will get a copy of this sheet and we will note down any issues we find along the way.
